The first initiative by a Spanish public administration to visualize budget data using open source code and releasing it in an open format. Contains data for years 2003-2013

The Euskadi government established itself as the pioneer Spanish public administration embracing open data policies. Basque citizens were the first in the country who could understand the functioning of their public finances through a digital interface.
